This book has been several years in the writing, yet a lifetime in the making.
Like a lot of other sexual abuse survivors, I have struggled my whole life with feelings of being somehow inadequate, lacking, low self-esteem and of being quiet.
This is a whole new adventure for me as I finally walk my walk and talk my talk.
As a natural introvert, putting myself out there for all to see is the most challenging thing I have ever done - until I think about my journey from sexual abuse victim to survivor.
